Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across the UAE. GCC and international shipping is coming soon — register your interest via WhatsApp or email and we will notify you when your region is available.

How long does UAE delivery take?

Orders are dispatched same day and delivered within 1-2 business days across the UAE.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat rate of AED 15 applies on all UAE orders.

How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?

All orders are dispatched same day at 6PM. Contact us before 6PM on the day of your order via WhatsApp at +971 55 315 8117 or email info@maisonvoyageme.com. Requests after dispatch cannot be accommodated.

What is your returns policy?

Each Cocoa Tag is individually inspected before it leaves our studio. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace or refund it without question. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for damaged or defective items only. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Change of mind returns are not accepted.

How do I return an item?

What material is the Cocoa Tag made from?

The Cocoa Tag is crafted from premium Italian PU leather, handcrafted in the UAE with Italian materials. Selected for its consistency, durability and refined finish.

Is the Cocoa Tag suitable for all luggage types?

Yes. The Cocoa Tag attaches via a polished metal buckle strap that fits all standard luggage handles, trolley bags and travel cases.

Does it come in a gift box?

Each Cocoa Tag arrives in a signature cotton dust pouch. Gift wrapping is available — simply add a note at checkout requesting gift packaging.

How should I care for my Cocoa Tag?

To preserve its beauty, keep away from prolonged moisture, direct sunlight and harsh chemicals. Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth.

Will my Cocoa Tag change over time?

Your tag is designed to evolve with use — gradually softening and conforming to its shape. Subtle variations in stitching, form and finish are a natural expression of the craft, not imperfections. Each piece develops a character that is entirely your own.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure WooPayments checkout.

Is checkout secure?

All transactions are processed through 256-bit SSL encryption via WooPayments. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
